ABSTRACT

An addendum is a contract that contains changes to several agreed work items, both technical and non-technical. An addendum occurs when both parties concerned in the relevant agreement have agreed upon specific reasons. Nowadays, it is expected to find changes in a contract agreement, in this case, a construction project contract agreement. The existence of an addendum can affect the goals of a construction project, especially in terms of time and cost. This research aims to analyze the influence of the addendum on project implementation time for drainage construction in Bojonegoro Regency using the Linear Regression method. The data in this research were obtained from distributing questionnaires using a purposive sampling method to qualified respondents according to the research objectives. The analysis results show that the factors causing the addendum to the work completion time are 22.4%, while other factors influence the rest.
